 Just below is an extract from TMBC's 2018 Press Release when Methane level increases were first announced. You will note that they tell us that Joco Pit was "an inert landfill site". TMBC assert this was an Inert Landfill site, and then hedge it by saying "less stringent regulations at the time", " ... household waste could have been tipped". If Methane is still being generated, it is imminently possible it was a general waste landfill. Whole Waste page

This is completely at odds with the 2018 LEAP Environmental report that admits the site accepted "Domestic Waste", and that it was Licensed to do so, by TMBC and its forbears,
